Tenax International Company Limited has been awarded a new engineering, procurement and construction contract for a rooftop on-grid hybrid solar photovoltaic system integrated with battery energy storage. The Work Order covers the complete turnkey delivery of a 28.52 kWp DC array with 30 kW AC hybrid inverter capacity and a 64 kWh battery energy storage system (BESS).
The award strengthens our renewable energy portfolio and continues a steady expansion of our solar EPC capability alongside our established telecom DC power and infrastructure business.

Scope of Work
Tenax carries full responsibility for the project from design through to handover:
- Engineering design and drawings — system sizing, single-line diagrams, structural and electrical layouts
- Equipment supply — PV modules, hybrid inverters, battery bank, mounting structure and balance of system
- Installation — rooftop mounting, DC and AC cabling, protection and earthing
- Testing and commissioning — performance verification and system energisation
- Operator training — a formal training session for client personnel at handover
- After-sales support — twelve months of free service support and maintenance
Why Hybrid Solar with Storage
A conventional grid-tied solar system reduces electricity cost during daylight hours, but it shuts down the moment the grid goes down. For commercial and industrial users in Bangladesh, where load shedding and voltage instability remain a daily operational reality, that limitation carries a real cost.
Adding battery energy storage changes the economics and the reliability picture at the same time. Surplus generation is stored rather than exported at a lower tariff, critical loads stay live through an outage, and the system can shave peak demand when grid tariffs are highest. A 64 kWh battery bank paired with a 30 kW hybrid inverter gives the facility meaningful autonomy on essential circuits without the running cost and emissions of a diesel generator.
Our Commitment on Quality
Every major component supplied under this contract — modules, inverters and balance of system — is brand-new, A-grade and SREDA-enlisted, as required under the contract terms and consistent with our standard practice. All equipment carries international OEM warranty, and site personnel work under our HSE requirements with appropriate personal protective equipment throughout the installation period.
